Previously, Greg operated Fresh Cafe in View Royal before deciding to sell and pursue roasting. The initial days were filled with trial and error, but through unwavering determination, Greg cultivated an impressive lineup of coffees. His venture has not only become a cornerstone business in Esquimalt but also a beloved community favorite.

Under Greg's guidance, Esquimalt Roasting Company offers a diverse range of roast styles and green bean processes. Greg introduces stunning single-origin and experimental fermentation styles, adding a unique touch to the local coffee scene.
