Brian embarked on his coffee journey under the mentorship of Milano's visionary founder and Master Roaster, Francesco Curatolo. Bringing 75 years of Italian roasting and blending expertise to Vancouver in 1984, Francesco laid the foundation for Brian's training.

Guided by Brian and his partner Linda, Milano has expanded to include seven locations across BC & Alberta. Additionally, Linda's passion for espresso gave rise to TURKS, a testament to her love for the craft.
